The Occasion
A partnership celebrated through sound
CAF organized Panamá nos Inspira to celebrate 25 years of its partnership with Panama. The event was open to the public and brought institutional guests, regional representatives and Panamanian audiences into the same cultural space.
The featured performer was singer and pianist Patricia Vlieg. Vilma Esquivel served as general producer, helping shape the occasion as a public celebration with institutional weight and artistic intimacy.
The Design
A score for twenty member countries
The concert included a special musical arrangement created for the occasion. The arrangement took CAF's member countries as its point of departure and shaped them into a musical journey across the region.
The concert gave the anniversary a shared sensory form. Countries, rhythms, landscapes and identities could be heard as part of one regional relationship.
The result was a score that made the institution's geography audible: Panama as host, Latin America and the Caribbean as living cultural field, and music as the language capable of moving between them.
